We have developed a process that reduces Customer effort to a minimum. We work for you!

There are two simple ways to start our process after you place your order:

• You can drop your items off to us!
• You can ship your items to us!

When we receive your items we always perform a visual inspection to ensure we received them damage free.

Now the Scanning Process begins. Your photos or documents are professionally scanned with our Kodak Equipment. You can select to have your photos scanned at 300dpi, 600dpi or 1200dpi. Documents are always scanned at 300dpi. An Image Cleaner Tool is included in each scan and Image Sharpening is also available. Rotation is always performed, as needed, to ensure your photos or documents look great!

You may want to count or roughly estimate the number of photos or documents in your order to determine cost, however it is not necessary. Our Photo Scanning System performs and records an accurate count of every item scanned in each order.

Once the photo or document scanning is complete, a number of Quality Control Measures are performed. If the results of the scans surpass our Quality Standards the images are then converted to DVD. Your DVD is Personally Titled with what you, the Customer, requests!

All of your photos or documents are then professionally packaged, along with your New Digital Image DVD, and shipped via UPS to your home or business address.
